When we found ourselves needing to sell our family property in Surrey after our mother passed away we turned to Kris Cyganiak and Andrea Jauck of Keller Williams. Kris and the team worked with us with compassion and professionalism. The property had some challenges (creek running along one side and abutting a park). Kris created an excellent marketing strategy for the property based on his comprehensive research of properties in the area and the city plans for development. Kris walked us through every step of the process as first time sellers and made sure to keep us informed at each stage of the sale including follow up after the deal was closed. He guided us though property inspections and worked with the buyer to get us a great price more than 20% above market value.
